St. Francis Xavier’s CJSF “Think PINK” Order Form Help CJSF raise money for Breast Cancer Awareness by purchasing our “Think PINK” shirts! During the month of October, we want ALL Lancers to PINK out, or wear ALL the pink you can with uniform shorts, on Spirit Clothes Days! 100% of the profits will be donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Last year, with your help, CJSF raised $320.45, and this year we are looking to increase our donation so please help us support this important cause! • Order forms will be available Tuesday, Sept. 13th. • Orders are due by Friday, Sept. 16th! • Orders will be placed on Friday, Sept. 16th by 3pm! • No order, No shirt! There will NOT be extras available • Shirts are $10 and available in sizes Youth Small-Adult 3XL • Cash or checks are acceptable! • Please make checks payable to St. Francis Xavier. • Shirts CAN be worn throughout the school year on ANY Spirit Clothes Day!
