your children to support this fundraiser!

Jean Day Success

The students were ready for Jean Day! They raised an astounding $660.00 to wear jeans for a day! We are happy to say we are sending $260.00 to Heifer International for the gift of a Pig, a Goat, and a flock of Chicks. A pig provides a family with a valuable source of protein, income from the sale of offspring, and natural fertilizer to nourish crops and soil. A Goat can supply a family with up to several quarts of nutritious milk a day. Extra milk can be sold or used to make cheese or yogurt. Families also learn to fertilize gardens. Through the gift of a flock of chicks, families can enrich their diets with nourishing, life-sustaining eggs. The balance of profits will be used for Leadership Camp. Thank you to everyone who participated.
