PSA Reminder
The
PSA year runs from March 1, 2016 through Feb. 28, 2017. There are just
12 days left to complete and report your PSA hours for the year! Please
check your hours balance at ServiceHoursReport.com as soon as possible.
Incomplete hours will be charged out at the end of the PSA year at
$25.00 per hour.

SFX-PTO is teaming up with Yankee Candle this year to
help raise money for the upgrade to our computer lab.
Yankee
Candle is one of the largest sellers of candles and fragrances in the
United States. They are offering 40% back on all purchases for this
event. Your children will be receiving a packet from school today with
all of the information you will need to participate in this amazing
fund raiser. This event runs from February 17 to March 3. There are
three easy ways to order.
1. Fill out the enclosed form in the packet
2. Download they mobile app – Yankee Fundraising
3. Place orders online http://www.yankeecandlefundraising.com/
Our SFX group number is 999965057. You will need this for both the
mobile app and online logins. Please feel free to share this with all
of your friends and family. They can place orders using any of the
options above.
All orders will be shipped to SFX in time for Easter.

Need PSA hours before February 28th for this year? As
this deadline is fast approaching, please donate prize items to
Bowlapalooza.
The
Fourth Annual St. Francis Xavier Bowlapalooza is Friday March 31, 2017
at Pickwick Bowl from 7-9pm.
This event is for the whole family. We need raffle prizes for kids and
adults. You will receive 1 hour for every $25.00 donated. You can
donate as many prizes as you like! If we receive your donation before
February 28, you can still receive PSA hours for the 2016-2017 school
year. For prizes donated after February 28, PSA hours will be awarded
towards the 2017-2018 school year.
You can deliver your donations to Rita Recker in the Parish Office. If
you’d like to volunteer for this event and earn PSA hours for the
2017-2018 school year, please contact Lina Chaisson or Clark McKnight.

ARCHERY IS BACK
I
have had many inquiries as to if and when we will be doing any more
Archery Classes. The answer is YES. We have two additional dates
reserved.
Saturday March 11 – 20 people
Saturday April 15 – 10 people
This event will take place in Lower Arroyo Park in Pasadena and is
organized by the Pasadena Roving Archers. The times are from 12:00 -
2:30pm. This costs $25 per participant and includes all instruction and
equipment. Parents you are more than welcome to participate with your
children. If you have any questions or if you are interested please
